I received an order and there were problems. I have sent email after emaile with pictures and it is still not resolved.
Terrible clothing. bought things for my wife and all the items were badly fitted. Tried to return and no communication with customer service. Always buy a load for my wife but never again. Just terrible all around.

I would have preferred to be able to return instore items that don’t fit or be able to exchange for size
Had to send back one dress as it was such a poor fit... paying to return clothing is annoying as well when we have no other option. Very few companies do this now and has put me off ordering again in future!
Love Apricot clothing and for the price, the quality and style is always amazing. My only criticism is the lack of free returns, as this does hold me back from trying more items. But it is definitely my favourite online clothing store.

The items I ordered were of poor quality & needed to return at my own cost ....will not be ordering again from this site .
Lovely dress, really soft and comfortable to wear, fits perfectly really pleased and would highly recommend
